• Assist the manager in developing and maintaining strategic projects and departmental initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with teams to track project progress and consolidate updates, including reports, status updates, and meeting notes. Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules
• Prepare reports, presentation decks, and other project materials for management as needed
• Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior management, effectively communicating complex information
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives

Who is our Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in business planning, analysis, or strategic roles
• Experience in a startup is a plus
• Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills
• Effective risk and issue management abilities
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
