As a Senior Strategic Leader Pacific, you will provide expert advice and support to the Human Resources Director on Pacific based initiatives across the organisation.This role is fundamental in driving the development and implementation of strategies that will enhance and grow the Pacific workforce at Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka, aligning with the Pacific Strategic Framework and the organisation’s goals.This role is a critical link between the university Pacific staff across all sites and HR. Underpinning this is ‘Le vā’ – the importance of and value of relationships.
