Work Location :Bayan Lepas, Penang Job Description: The candidate will support global product catalog integrity by managing Product Data (PD) for online and offline sales channels. This includes processing new product launches, coordinating change requests, and ensuring accurate and compliant data release. Key Responsibilities: Validate and process PD to ensure integrity across global catalogs. Manage PD governance in collaboration with Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering. Coordinate product scheduling and release activities. Drive change control, ensuring all PD updates follow internal compliance standards. Identify and implement process improvements and long-term efficiencies. Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and audit data submissions. Participate in medium-scale projects and ensure timely delivery. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, IT, or relevant field. 1-2 years’ experience in data management or catalog/product operations preferred. Strong Excel and documentation skills. Detail-oriented and proactive.
