Job description: Job Description:Analyze and Troubleshoot Network Communication Failures and Bottlenecks and Process the Experience in the Installation, Design, management and Support activities of LAN and WAN Networks, with knowledge on Routing + Switching and security implementation and technologies. including a good knowledge on LAN and WAN technology ITILv4, and ICT/information Security.1-Planning and Performance Management:
- Gather Business requirements and architect, document and implementation of Network solutions that meets the enterprise requirements and standards
- Proactively manage and optimize network systems and interfaces with vendors for supports requirements
- Supervising the process of installing new physical connectivity solutions
- Coordinate with engineering on expansions to operational systems and with internal departments to develop production road maps
2-Reporting:
- Provide timely status update to the team leader.
- Optimize LAN/WAN using performance reports and monitoring Applications in 24/7 environment.
- Attempt always to meet established service level agreements (SLA) commitments.
- Participation in cross functional technical projects that require network technology as a primary component of the solution.
- Imparted second level support for problem diagnosis and assist 3rd level party and client operational staff, engineering and Sales teams
- Acted as customer technical focal point and establish network operational standards
- Monitoring the contract and prepare of (business case, scope work, RFT, RFP) and handle the payment for the contract and less operations cost Optimization.
3-Operational management:
- Through knowledge on voice and data communication equipment’s and tools and managements of QOS in active network infrastructure
- Proficient knowledge on Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Huawei, F5, or any network and security vendors
- Delivering on site engineering support and handled specialized Networking tools/equipment.
- Skilled in architecture and enforcement of modern TCP\IP network
- Solid understanding of enforcement of suitable practices and placement for varied IP solutions for an enterprise network infrastructure.
- Expert level in configuring, support, troubleshooting, debugging
4-People management:
- Team work.
- Ability to communicate with vendors in a productive manner to achieve the projects deliverables.
- Ability to communicate with peers from other departments in a productive manner to achieve the projects deliverables.
- Ability to communicate with other team members to achieve the team overall targets and KPIs.
Knowledge / Technical Skills
- Strong grasp of the OSI Model & TCP/IP fundamentals to aid with problem resolution.
- Good exposure on VPN configuration (SSL, IPSec), troubleshooting into Multivendor environment
- Candidate should have good knowledge on F5 load balancer, related Modules and FortiGate Firewalls
- Candidate should have strong understanding of FortiGate Firewalls and FortiGate devices like- Forti Manager, Forti Authenticator, Forti Analyzer.
- Experience in configuring and managing Datacenter Cisco Nexus Switches (5K, 7K, 9K) & Cisco Routers such as ASR 9K
- Hands on experience in NX-OS, IOS-XR
- Execution/configuration of Router/switch/Firewalls OS Upgradation, Service Migrations
- Support Planned Events related changes in the network on the basis of change request (CR) raised.
- Expertise on routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF and BGP
- Expert on switching technologies STP, stacking, VSS, VPC and VLAN
- Very good knowledge in network firewalls (Fortigate, Cisco ASA) IPsec, Failover, HA and NAT configurations
- Good understanding of IPV4 and IPV6 protocols
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Telecommunication basics
