In your new role you will:Assist in driving Lean-Agile Transformation using SAFe framework.1. Lean-Agile Practice Support

• Help in preparing materials, templates, and guides to support Agile ways of working.

• Assist in conducting Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Inspect &Adapt, Sync meetings).

2. Coach and Team Support

• Collaborate with LACE colleagues / coaches to prepare enablement content.

• Assist in training sessions, workshops, or onboarding new teams into Agile tools or methods.

3. Cross-Functional Engagement

• Work closely with IT, VMO, and business stakeholders to align Agile practices and transformation changes.

• Participate in communities of practice (CoPs) and transformation task forces.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from Agile tools to support LACE reporting needs.

• Generate regular reports for Agile maturity and transformation progress if needed.

5. Support Agile Tooling (Azure DevOps, ADO)

• Assist in configuring and maintaining Agile tools to support Portfolio needs.

• Develop and maintain scripts or extensions if needed (e.g., for dash boards, automation, or reports).

6. Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to initiatives that improve practices, tool efficiency, or cross-team collaboration.

• Provide technical input to optimize workflows or automate manual tasks.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team member to join the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). The ideal candidate should possess a mix of technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to support our Agile transformation journey across the organization.Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Agile delivery, IT project coordination, orsimilar roles.

• Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Certification in SAFe is a plus.

• Experience with Agile management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to generate useful reports and insights.

• Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles or Agile metrics is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Self-driven with a continuous learning mindset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable supporting workshops, coaching sessions, and Agile ceremonies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
