Job description: A senior specialist with strong P2P processes knowledge with a touch of leadership experience.

• Exhibit bold leadership by driving process improvements and leading initiatives within the accounts payable function
• To support month end closing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Utilize smart thinking to analyze and support decision-making
• To support SOX control and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• To participate in expansion transfer roadmap
• To participate in work process design, alignment & policy deployment
• Collaborate with IT and AI teams to enhance processes
• Ensure agile delivery by adapting to changing business needs and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Engaged people and encouraging a collaborative team culture

• A recognized Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field.
• More than 5 years’ experience in accounts payable/ proce to pay.
• Proven experience in a Shared Services environment
• Exposure to IT or AI environments is highly desirable.
• Took part in Migration or Process Improvement projects is preferred.
• Computer literate with MS Office tools, preferably with exposure to SAP, ServiceNow and Ariba.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to read and write French or Italian languages is a plus.

Expected salary: 84000 – 120000 per year
