▪ Use statistical methods to forecast human resources, such as quantitative methods and methods based on estimating work effort, matching demand with supply, addressing surplus with deficit, and identifying current and future staff needs.
▪ Develops a study of all policies and procedures, and prepares a policy and work procedures manual for all activities and tasks in the field of human resources.▪ Provides proposals to simplify work procedures related to human resources policies, procedures, and strategies, designs and develops the models used, and prepares and updates the human resources procedures manual in coordination with the Corporate Excellence and Performance Monitoring Department.
▪ Develops activities to measure the time and effort spent performing procedures and their compatibility with the actual needs of the human resources procedure sequence. ▪ Establishes a mechanism for analyzing process flow charts and workflows to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
▪ Contributes to activities to review employee suggestions and feedback in relevant departments regarding problems encountered during the implementation of procedures.
▪ Prepares specialized documents and reports related to policies and planning, and provides appropriate recommendations and solutions, presents them, and explains them in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
▪ Develops and implements procedures for career succession, and monitors their implementation to prepare qualified employees for leadership positions.
▪ Oversees the development of policies, procedures, and the HR authority matrix.
▪ Supervises the development and updating of the competency matrix and links it to job titles.
▪ Prepares policies and procedures for the performance management system and performance evaluation criteria, and holds training workshops for direct supervisors and employees to raise their awareness of the system, manage the performance evaluation process, ensure the accuracy, validity, and objectivity of the results, and follow up on grievances and the consequences resulting from the final annual evaluation results, including linking them to promotions, periodic bonuses, and rewards.▪ Oversee the development of performance indicators for all functions in coordination with the relevant departments, and measure results annually.
▪ Supervise the preparation of various human resources analytical reports and submit them to the direct manager for review.
▪ Determine the department’s workforce requirements according to the selection and appointment system and the plans of the General Human Resources Department.
▪ Assess human resources risks and develop mitigation plans.
▪ Oversee and monitor the integration of policies and the implementation of new procedures and strategies.
▪ Determine periodic human resource needs and job budgets, and update job structure data in coordination with organizational units, in accordance with the human resources strategic planning system, strategic plans and projects, and the approved organizational structure.
▪ Continuously update policies and procedures related to human resources management activities and operations, and develop projects for qualitative policies and systems based on the results of benchmarking and feedback.
▪ Prepare and develop career paths and job description cards, and classify, evaluate, and update existing and new jobs, in accordance with the strategic directions and future objectives, in cooperation with various departments and divisions.▪ Implementing empowerment, motivation, and recognition policies for outstanding efforts, as well as all policies and procedures for rewarding outstanding human resources, appreciating talent, fostering happiness, and investing in them.
▪ Reviewing termination procedures, interviews, and surveys of reasons for leaving work and employee turnover, conducting studies to measure the levels of satisfaction, happiness, integration, and loyalty of current and new employees, and submitting relevant recommendations and proposals.
▪ Participating in resolving employee complaints and suggestions, assisting in providing support and career empowerment, to contribute to a supportive and creative work environment, and preparing reports on the results of approved indicators and enablers in this regard.
