Job description: We are working with an excellent CBD firm that is seeking a litigation solicitor to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cases through all levels of court, various tribunals and arbitrations and in collaboration with Kings Counsels and senior barristers.Key Responsibilities :In this role you will handle a diverse and engaging array of matters and be responsible for litigation across various sectors such as:

• Insolvency
• Trust & Estate disputes
• Property disputes
• Construction claims
• Commercial disputes

The team has an established referred and generational client base, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be exposed to high calibre work and receive excellent mentoring, support and growth in their career.To be successful in this role you should have:

• 2-5 PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
• High attention to detail and commercial acumen
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including legal research and writing.
• Pragmatic and mature approach to finding solutions in the best interests of the client.
• Personable and professional.
• Team player who is self-motivated and collaborative.
