Your purpose in our missionWe’ve raised $17.8 million in Series A funding led by Google Ventures and joined by Khosla Ventures. Your manager, Daniele Tassone – Technical Director (Product Engineering), will develop your skills and enable you to deliver on the pod mission.This is what you’ll be doingAs a Senior Software Engineer – Machine Learning at Genie AI you’ll be joining us in a dynamic stage of our growth so you’ll face lots of different challenges. You’ll get the chance to immerse yourself within the world of law, legal contracts and AI at a start-up that is genuinely ML-centred. In a fully non-research based role, some of your key day to day duties will include:Productionising ML & LLM features: Develop and deploy AI applications that perform reliably and efficiently in production environmentsDesign, implement, and optimize scalable applications to support growing demandsTaking architectural ownership for various critical components & systems: from building API endpoints for microservices to designing big data architectures for processing large-scale dataWriting clean, efficient, thoroughly tested code: backed-up with pair programming and code reviewsTaking ownership of monitoring and observability for our LLM systemsExploring & evaluating new technologies, frameworks and toolsDeploying on cloud computing platforms like AWS & GCPThis is how we’ll set you up for success and the outcomes we expect from youOver your first 90 days you can expect us to help point you in the right direction to set you up for success.
