This is a 100% onsite role based in Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing, securing, and auditing user identities and access rights across various systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Access Management, Information Security, or related roles.Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill access requests in compliance with security policies, certified standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Configure, maintain, and manage user profiles, privileges, and access across multiple systems (Windows, SAP, Office 365, custom applications, etc.).
  • Manage physical access controls, including door access cards and ID cards.
  • Ensure prompt removal of physical and logical access for departed personnel.
  • Conduct regular audits of access and privileged accounts, including reporting and participation in internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to corporate security policies.
  • Respond to incidents related to access and security.
  • Participate in projects to implement security and access control solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of security procedures and standards.
  • Provide support and training to application and data owners.
  • Manage distribution and recovery of credentials and security tokens.
  • Ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards related to Access Management and Information Security.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Access Management, Identity Governance, or Information Security roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing access controls and complex permission sets.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management standards, security policies, and audit processes.
  • Experience in managing accounts and access across multiple platforms (Windows, SAP, Office 365, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated record of continuous improvement in security operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably in the Energy sector.
  • Knowledge of NERC CIP compliance requirements.
