Job description: Our United States based Manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant contractor to join their project starting immediately and will run through June 2025 with chance for extension. This will be a hybrid work setting requiring 1 to 2 weeks a month on site specially during go live.The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in finance, technology, analytics, or a related field, with at least three full project cycles of consulting experience. They possess strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), hands-on experience in SAP module configuration, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of integrations with other SAP logistics modules (MM, PM, PP, EWM) is highly valued. Additionally, they have a solid understanding of digital transformation initiatives, excellent client-facing skills for both delivery and pre-sales environments, and proven project management capabilities.

• Design and deliver strategic SAP projects focused on SD module.
• Gathering business requirements and processes.
• Prepare functional specifications.
• Prepare and contribute to the process design workshops, definition of business process procedures, system configuration, solution demonstration.
• Lead the preparation of test scenarios, end-user documentation, and user manuals.
• Customizing SAP SD module and corresponding business processes
• Lead SAP SD integration with other modules like MM, PP, EWM and FI to ensure seamless business process flows.
• Managing delivery of internal solutions.
• Providing SAP support to clients on an ad-hoc basis may be required as a part of the role.
• Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff.
• Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.
