Title : Senior Sales Manager (B2B AI SaaS) Location : Malaysia (Hybrid) Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive sales for our SaaS Enterprise AI Applications (IDP, FAAS, FS Agent) in Malaysia and surrounding regions. The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in line with company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise tech sales within Malaysia, an understanding of AI technologies, and a passion for driving innovation and transformation for businesses. As we are a small and nimble team, there is significant flexibility for you to take charge and shape day-to-day processes based on your experience and insights. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share for Enterprise AI solutions. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills are essential. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with prospective clients, especially decision-makers in target industries. Understand client pain points and effectively present and demo our solutions. Partner Management : Collaborate with our partner network to secure new enterprise customers. Pipeline Management : Manage and track the sales pipeline end-to-end – from market mapping and lead generation to closing deals – ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting. Sales Performance Optimization : Continuously refine sales processes and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive developments, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategies and product innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. 5-10 years of experience in B2B technology solution sales, ideally in AI, machine learning, SaaS, or data analytics, with a proven track record in Malaysia or Southeast Asia. Knowledge of AI technologies and their enterprise applications (or willingness to learn quickly). Existing network within the financial services, logistics, or trade sectors in Malaysia is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth, particularly in new or developing markets. Strong experience in sales strategy planning and customer relationship management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in English is required; ability to do business in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other local languages is a plus.
