• Visit customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support including installation assistance and limited on-site training.
• Create and provide effective presentations, product demonstrations and technical support during the selling cycle.
• Engage appropriate internal resources namely sales, product management and marketing among others to help close opportunities.
• Support for pilots conducted by enterprise prospects.
• Attend to sales calls and technical inquiries.
• Articulate and demonstrate solutions to business problems to customer executives and staff.
• Assist in qualifying opportunities validating technical requirements and providing appropriate product recommendations.
• Follow-up with prospective customers during evaluation phase.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
