  • Provide Expert and Relationship-Driven Risk Consulting.
  • Develop and Deliver Leading-Edge Resources.
  • Guide Ansvar with Expert Insights into our Sectors.
  • Exhibit Leadership and Accountability as a senior member of the team.
  • Regular National travel across the Ansvar office locations is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in the Education Sector: Experience working with schools, colleges, education departments, and regulatory authorities is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in senior roles, including implementing risk management programs, driving continuous improvement, overseeing reporting and monitoring, developing and presenting learning initiatives, and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Qualifications in Enterprise Risk Management, Business, Governance, or other fields related to Ansvar’s sectors is highly regarded.
  • Comprehensive expertise in enterprise risk management, governance, and quality frameworks.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex risk management programs.
  • Strong understanding of Ansvar’s specialist sectors and industry nuances.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, fostering effective interactions at all levels.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with or advising Boards and Executives.
  • Highly collaborative and network-driven, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
  • Dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth, with a focus on the development of both self and others.
  • Results-oriented, with a consistent focus on achieving high-performance goals.
