Transport has the potential to shape our city for the better – from the streets we live, work and spend time on, to the trains, bus services, cycle and walkways we use every day.Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityThis is a key role supporting AT to effectively identify, manage and monitor risks across the organisation, this includes operational, financial, strategic, reputational and external risks.As an experienced risk professional, you will contribute to minimising the risk exposure of AT, ensuring risk identification, mitigation, reporting and related business policies are aligned to best practice and align with the organisations risk appetite.You will work organisation wide to support and embed a consistent and integrated approach to risk management.Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. CA, BCom, and / or membership of IIANZ, ICANZ or Risk Management organisation.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ audit or risk experience or 10 years’ experience in related fields.
  • Preferably experience in a large, complex and politically sensitive environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication along with problem solving skills
