We are looking for dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join us and be part of this exciting Gen 35 journey.About the roleJoin us as a Senior Researcher and help shape the future of Genesis by delivering impactful market research and insights that align to crucial business priorities and enable us to achieve our business goals. This is a unique opportunity to lead cutting-edge initiatives, take ownership of our Voice of Customer programme, and work closely with senior leaders to drive customer-focused strategies.This will be a standalone position within our Research Insights and Reporting team where your expertise will be key in building research capability and best practices as well as turning data into actionable insights, influencing decision-making, and supporting innovation across our business.In this role you will;

• Manage exciting market research projects, including the Voice of Customer programme, to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and execute the research roadmap in line with strategic priorities.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure insights are integrated into decision-making.
• Lead capability development across the Data team, focusing on data storytelling and interviewing skills.

About youWe’re looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for research and a knack for transforming data into impactful business solutions.Our ideal candidate will also have;

• Extensive experience in research and insights, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to leverage a broad range of research methodologies to produce actionable findings.
• Expertise in customer segmentation and experience with leading customer focus groups.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or a data-related discipline is essential; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
