• Conduct market research to identify trends and property values.
• Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and investors.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
• Organize property viewings and open houses.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Utilize social media and online platforms for marketing properties.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market.

Preferred Candidate: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
