  • As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications through meticulous testing and collaboration with multi-functional teams.
  • You will play a meaningful role in identifying bugs, usability issues, and other potential problems before our products are deployed to customers.
  • Review Requirements, User Stories and Tech Design to expertly provide estimates, and prepare/execute test cases to identify high risk areas specific to a project.
  • Defines, creates, and manipulates test data.
  • Logs defects and collaborate with development team in bugs fixing and build plans.
  • Complete tests based on test plans to ensure software meets end-user requirements.
  • Work as part of an Agile development team embracing the Agile Scrum process.
  • Apply various testing types and methodologies effectively during SDLC.
  • Contribute towards Test Automation Strategy by identifying critical / regression test cases to be automated.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Related or Business-related field is typically required to perform at expectation. Software Testing or Software Support can be substituted for education.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years software testing experience, preferred.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, various testing concepts (e.g. functional, usability, performance) and software quality assurance standard processes and methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Hands on experience of Automation preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and non-written formats.
  • Proactive communicator who gains consensus and brings up issues as appropriate to keep projects on schedule.
  • Superb communication and social skills, good attention to detail.
