Job description: My client is seeking a talented QA Engineer to join the dynamic team and help ensure the excellence of software solutions on AI chatbot.Client DetailsOur client, a Hong Kong financial regulator, is looking for a Senior QA Engineer for AI Digital Transformation Project. System integrated with Gen AI chatbots.Description

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks.
• Conduct manual testing as needed to validate software functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality and testability.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
