Job description: Act as a team leader you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management to ensure the procurement of high-quality, cost-effective products and services, for Finished Goods categories in Kitchen Electrics. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise, creativity and forward-thinking approach in navigating global supply chain challenges and delivering value through innovative procurement practices.What’s in it for you:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adapt sourcing strategies to changing business needs and market conditions
• Leverage market insights to anticipate future purchasing challenges and identify opportunities for competitive advantage
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, identify risks; develop and implement robust purchasing strategies that align with Groupe SEB objectives in cost, quality, innovation, and sustainability
• Explore SEA and emerging markets or regions for diversified sourcing opportunities
• Lead negotiations with suppliers on purchasing contracts, monitor RFQ process and implement action plans to achieve consistent cost savings across various metrics
• Monitor purchasing processes and analyze root causes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or risks to solve issues and ensure on-time project management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Implement KPI, scoreboards, negotiation tools to improve team efficiency and productivity

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Purchasing or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of working experience, with 10 years in purchasing function, 3-5 years in people management
• Professional experience in supplier management and expert in costing and negotiation
• Knowledge of small domestic appliances, markets and suppliers
• Experience in Asian culture and people
• Comfortable in complex human networks, ability to effectively influence at all levels
• Good level of communication skills, negotiation skills and strong leadership
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
