Job description: Job Description:Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Purchasing Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory levels and establishing strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials
• Source and evaluate suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management
• Work closely with other departments to align purchasing strategies with operational needs
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

Requirements:Requirements:

• Must have 10 years experience in companies procuring and purchasing within the food beverages industry
• Strong knowledge of purchasing and inventory management practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with procurement software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• knowledge of spoken Portuguese would be an advantage
• Must have knowledge in SAP

Benefits:Salary is AED 12,500

Expected salary: 12500 per month
