0000000 fiona.sutherland@dffh.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTHE ROLEThe Senior Property Transactions Officer will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of acquisition and divestment strategies on behalf of Homes Victoria to ensure a positive impact on the government property portfolio and high priority acquisition programs which supports the High-rise Redevelopment Program.Reporting to the Manager, Acquisition and Divestment, the role involves the purchase, sale and leasing of property through strategic program planning while also supporting and coaching staff on program requirements, appropriate processes and legislation.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Utilise property transaction experience in developing, leading and delivering complex property purchase and sale transactions according to Victorian Government Land Transaction policies.
  • Lead the development of strategies and processes to meet program requirements.
  • Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations.
