And we are collaborating closely with our partners to drive the systemic change in the education to employment space.WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR:Senior Project & Partnerships OfficerJob OverviewThe Senior Project & Partnerships Officer is a full-time role that will report directly to the Project & Partnerships Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the SEN (Special Educational Needs) project by fostering strategic partnerships, supporting SEN training and placement, and coordinating with schools, employers, community organizations, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employers, schools, and industry associations, to enhance career opportunities for individuals with SEN while contributing to broader organizational initiatives that support our vision of a future-ready talent ecosystem for Hong Kong.TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU’LL NEED:We are especially excited to see candidates with:2-4 years of experience in a non-profit, social enterprise, education sector, or start-up in Hong Kong, with knowledge of the B2B environment, local tech, and start-up landscapeUnderstanding of the SEN population, including their characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and effective communication strategies is an advantagePassion for serving underserved communities, with a cooperative, friendly, and open-minded attitudeStrong data analysis and administrative skills, particularly in report preparation; proficiency in MS Power BI and Salesforce is an advantageAbility to build relationships with stakeholders (employers, schools, communities) with attention to detail, while thriving in an entrepreneurial, flexible start-up environmentPositive, solutions-oriented team player, self-reflective, open to feedback, and able to work independently to meet deadlinesExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Project & Partnerships Officer roleImmediate availability is preferredWHAT YOU WILL DO:A. Develop Employer Network, Corporate & Community PartnershipsServe as the key contact for employers and other partners, identifying, pitching, and securing training and placement opportunities for individuals with SENSupport employers and partners to ensure smooth placement processes, collect feedback, and provide ongoing updates for program evaluation and enhancementExpand and diversify the employer network to increase opportunities and foster repeat engagement, while building strong relationships with project partners and external parties (e.g., employers, delivery, or institutional partners)Support Impact Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) by collecting data and feedback, collaborating with external parties, and monitoring progressPerform ad-hoc duties as assigned by managementB. Project & Event SupportConduct workshops and activities to enhance students’ employment readiness and prepare relevant project materials as neededConsolidate documents and reports from eligible employers and corporate partners for program evaluation and reportingAssist in preparing project progress reports and collect information from employers, corporate partners, and schoolsHandle administrative work and answer inquiries from employers, schools, and corporate partners regarding the program and placement processOrganize events, including but not limited to luncheons, webinars, and networking events, to engage employer partners, corporate partners, schools, and volunteersC.
