To learn more about the Ministry and what benefits we offer, access ourAbout this roleWith your skills and experience, you can contribute to enhancing the health and wellbeing of the NSW community while developing your career as part of the largest public health organisation in Australia.We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Officer to join the Strategic Capital Planning and Asset Management Branch which sits within the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division at the Ministry of Health which is located in St Leonard’s, Sydney.The role will provide high level project, operational and administrative support for the Strategic Capital Planning and Asset Management Branch. This includes providing timely and accurate administrative and support services including co-ordination and tracking of correspondence, reports and briefing requests, collating advice, briefings and supporting information across a range of complex issues and administrative requirements to support the Branch to meet organisational objectives and outcomes.This is a great career development opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative individual who is able to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $125,693 – $138,510 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.For more information, please readWhat you’ll be doingThe role includes:

  • working in the areas of capital planning and asset management
  • managing, coordinating and overseeing business processes, workflows, and functions
  • managing communications to support the achievement of the team’s strategic and operational objectives
  • supporting various governances and interfaces and attending key meetings when appropriate
  • providing general executive, secretariat, and project support services to the Executive team of the Branch.
