We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with an architectural background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate development projects, from initial concept through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and project management principles. Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage the planning, design, and construction of real estate development projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation. Qualifications : Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry. Strong architectural background with a solid understanding of design principles and construction processes. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
