Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-visibility projects
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans
Effectively communicate project status and changes to key stakeholders
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and performance feedback
Continuously improve project management processes and drive efficienciesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field
8+ years of experience as a senior-level project manager, leading complex projects
Proven track record of successful project delivery
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient in using project management software and tools
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience in Insurance or Strategic Consultancy preferredOthers:
