Job description: DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading and managing various project activities within our team. This role requires a deep focus on processes, tools implementation, and long-term strategic planning. Handling multiple projects simultaneously while efficiently preparing and delivering comprehensive reports will be part of a daily routine. You will work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to plan
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Tools Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement project management tools and software to streamline workflows
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team leaders, suppliers, and senior management. Provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns proactively
• Risk Management: Identify potential supplier risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure that supply chain is secured
• Reporting: Independently compile reporting material to be used at regular Executive reporting forums.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial procurement resources are used efficiently
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and expectations

Your Profile:

• Masters’s degree in Economics, Engineering,Supply Chain or similar
• Very strong experience in project management combined with procurement experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficient understanding of financial figures and contractual procurement models
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
• Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
