Job description: Are you a seasoned Project Manager/Leader with proven experience in leading high-impact, cross-functional transformation initiatives? This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an expert in enterprise-level project delivery, financial management, and business change leadership.Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Leader for a 9 months contract with the potential to extend (up to 3 additional terms of 67 business days). The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week at Toronto.Advantages

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects with multiple streams and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain detailed integrated project schedules and budgets using Planview
  • Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; ensure appropriate escalation
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensure skill alignment, and support resource onboarding
  • Coordinate testing, change management, and transition-to-support processes
  • Conduct reviews of vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including status updates, change logs, and knowledge transfer materials
  • Align project plans with digital, architectural, and information management standards

Qualifications
Must Have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in project management of large, complex, cross-functional IT or business transformation projects
  • Demonstrated leadership in business change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency with Planview, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience managing project financials, resource plans, and enterprise governance reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior executive engagement

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in public sector or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with clinician workflows and healthcare transformation projects
  • Knowledge of OPS PMO frameworks and IT standards
  • Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall delivery streams
  • Understanding of digital health systems, information security, and data governance
