• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and managing resources effectively.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project management within large building and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, risk management, and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
