You will lead and work collaboratively with people across all levels of the Ministry, the Judiciary, and our vendors.To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and frequently changing environments to lead cross-functional teams. You will be highly skilled in managing timelines and delivering projects that meet high-quality standards.He pūkenga tou/Skills and experienceTo be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in a complex multi-stakeholder environment using structured programme and project practices
• The ability to exercise sound judgement, organisational awareness, and political sensitivity
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a flexible attitude enabling you to turn your hand to doing what needs to be done.
