The EBM Operations department improves the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams by ensuring we have the right people, process, technology and data available to achieve our strategic goals.What you’ll do…As a Senior Project Leader focused on Marketing Technology Strategy, you will cast a vision for how new solutions can help the firm achieve our business objectives. The role must understand core business functions across EBM, deep expertise across marketing channels, and strong understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem.The role lives between our business and product/technology teams and needs to be fluent in each space. This broad understanding will be instrumental in representing the business in ongoing technology roadmap discussions with our partners across the firm (Product Management, Technology, Practice Management, Legal, and Compliance). In addition to needing a strategic mindset, you must excel at the tactical project execution through your guidance of other project leaders.Key responsibilities include:
