In this role you will deliver world class solutions while wearing many hats and working in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to identify trends with limited data and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business.This Program Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and driving program execution of our Fleet Management business. This will be achieved through deep supply chain understanding, working backwards from customer requirements, and internal alignment with Finance and Capital Planning stakeholders. The role involves day to day interaction with senior Amazon leaders as internal customers, understanding their needs and converting them into efficient business models. The role requires regular interactions with multiple teams and jointly working with them to meet both short term and long term business needs. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution.Up to 25% travel requiredKey job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Bachelor’s degree
– Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people
– Ability to lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
– Industry understanding of one or more of follow: fleet management, fleet maintenance, supply chain, operations, or transportation & logisticsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
– PMP certificate
– Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
– Transportation and/or Commercial Fleet management experience
– Analytical and able to create sound business arguments backed up by data

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
