We are looking for a Senior Professional, Indirect Tax to join our Global Tax Team and drive compliance, optimization, and innovation in VAT and other indirect tax processes. The team consists of 10 highly skilled employees, five of them working from our Head quarter in Lynge.The RoleThis role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Danish VAT and indirect tax reporting while supporting the transition to a centralized approach to indirect tax management across WSA. With several large VAT projects in the pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity to take on significant responsibility during a transformative journey.Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely VAT and indirect tax reporting for Danish entities. Oversee VAT payments and reconciliations
• Advisory and Support: Monitor and interpret changes in Danish and EU VAT legislation, providing guidance to internal stakeholders in areas like sales, procurement, and logistics
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance VAT compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and Group Accounting to ensure ERP system compliance and robust data management processes
• Audits and Advisory: Manage VAT audits and collaborate with external advisors and authorities in Denmark and other jurisdictions
• Project Support: Act as a VAT expert in key projects, including centralizing compliance, ERP upgrades/implementations, and supporting expansion into new markets

• A degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or a similar field
• Relevant experience with VAT and indirect tax compliance, whether through work experience, internships, or similar roles, preferably in a multinational company or auditing firm
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP) and VAT reporting tools is an advantage but not a requirement
• Knowledge of Danish and EU VAT regulations is preferred, but candidates with broader indirect tax experience or a willingness to learn are equally welcome
