Job description: Join our Product Transformation team here at Equifax ANZ and help us build and deliver cutting edge products for our customers. We’re looking for 2x Senior Product Owners to help lead critical product streams within our global program of work.What you will do
You will be a technically astute and business-oriented Senior Product Owner joining our team. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with Product Management to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable insights for engineering teams. You will actively participate in solutioning, contribute to backlog prioritization and sprint planning, refine user stories, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful product solutions. This role also encompasses gathering and applying feedback from demos and analyzing delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.What experience you need5-7 years of product owner experience in a cloud-based and/or SaaS environmentWorking experience using Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and Lean product management requiredProven product delivery and execution skillsExperience working with cross functional teams and leading products requiring software engineering collaborationExposure and experience understanding and tracking capacity against the budget of product initiativesWhat could set you apartAny financial services or data industry exposure would be valuableExperience delivering great products to customers while in an environment going through significant technology transformationWhat’s in it for you?At Equifax, we are on a mission to ensure that you have the support, resources and opportunities to Power Your Possible.
