This full-time role, based in Sydney, offers a hybrid working model. You’ll collaborate with various teams to drive initiatives that align with our product, growth, and financial strategies. Your goal? To ensure our Invoice Finance products meet customer needs, comply with regulations, and contribute to our financial success.Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Technology, Projects, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Risk teams to drive product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance & Pricing teams to optimize portfolio profitability and manage risks.
• Understand customer pain points and opportunities to enhance our Customer Value Propositions.
• Build and manage business reporting and analysis, including developing business cases.
• Ensure end-to-end product management disciplines are maintained, ensuring compliance and governance.

What do I need?

• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance customer experience with business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of business segments, customer needs, and market trends.
• Confidence in making recommendations and developing business cases.
• Strong grasp of business lending products and end-to-end processes.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory obligations relevant to business lending.
