We support the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Merchant Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.Payments team is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Bank’s portfolio of international payment products, leading the development and delivery of inward payment innovation across the business, including the design and execution of the inward payments and open data (including open banking and digital identity) strategies. The inward International Payment team they manage and enhance the international payments solutions to customers across the Bank segments within CBA, as well as proactively working with the international correspondent banking network for the Group.See yourself in the team.The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the e2e development, distribution and management of products within the business unit. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for designing products and maintaining ownership of the end-to-end product systems and processes and is accountable for monitoring product performance, setting or reviewing the product strategy, delivering continuous improvement and risk buy-down initiatives and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.
