Job description: Job Description:Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the worldWood is recruiting for a Senior Process Designer to join its Projects team focusing on delivering across FEED and Detail design scopes of work. In this role, you will be responsible:
- Develop Process Design Drawings and Documents and provide expertise in drawing systems in close coordination with Projects Process Leads (Lead Process Engineers).
- Develop/change Process/Utility Flow Schemes, Process/Utility Engineering Flow Schemes, and Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes for Medium and/or Mega Projects
Position is based in Oman for a long-term assignment.Responsibilities:The Senior Process Designer will be responsible:
- Work effectively in a team environment or independently with little guidance or supervision.
- Develop new drawings and/or implement hand marked-up changes to drawings in electronic format.
- Maintain standard drawing templates.
- Maintain and monitor drawing development progress.
- Provide quality assurance reviews and detailed checking support.
- Identify and implement process improvement to reduce cycle time & cost.
- Meet project commitments and deliver to schedule.
- Follow and ensure the Quality Management System requirements are met in line with ISO 9001-2015 and API Q2 2nd edition requirements

- Minimum ITI or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years experience in upstream and downstream oil & gas Process Design.
- Minimum 5 years in FEED/Engineering experience with AutoCAD/PDMS/AVEVA diagram.
- Good communicator and good inter-personal skills.
- Fluent in English; Written and Spoken.
