As the Senior Presentation Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, high-impact presentations for a variety of medical communication projects. This role requires a strong background in design principles, a keen understanding of medical content, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey complex information in a clear, engaging manner.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical writers, client service teams, creative director, designers and client stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audiences.
• Design and develop visually appealing presentations tailored to the medical and healthcare field, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.
• Convert complex medical data and scientific information into intuitive, easy-to-understand visual formats, including infographics, charts, and diagrams.
• Utilize the power of storytelling to engage audiences, crafting narratives that connect with viewers and enhance comprehension of complex medical data.
• Utilize design software (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality presentations for conferences, meetings, and client events.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in presentation design and medical communications.
• Review and refine presentations based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in presentation design, preferably within the medical communications industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in presentation design, especially in complex scientific or medical topics.
• Proficiency in design software such as PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and an understanding of the healthcare landscape.
