Find out more about our flexible work culture at .We give you a world of potentialThe Senior Plans Specialist – Payments role is an integral part of the Plans Operations team, reporting directly to either an Operations Manager or the Head of Asset Services. This position is pivotal in supporting the Operations Manager and the wider business, with a particular emphasis on supporting our most complex payment activities. Additionally, the Senior Plans Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring we protect our business and customers from any potential fraudulent activity as well as providing a white glove service for any high value payments.This role demands a high level of expertise in Global Payments, excellent customer service and attention to detail.A role you will loveAs a Senior Plan Specialist, you will be instrumental in empowering the success of the team by supporting the team and the wider business with your expertise of Global Payments.
