We’re hiring for a 15-month contract with a leading financial services institution following a major acquisition and integration initiative.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic Investment Analytics & Risk team, contributing to BAU performance reporting across multi-asset portfolios while supporting one of the most respected names in Australian asset management.🔍 About the RoleSitting within the Investment Analytics & Risk team, you’ll play a key role in delivering performance, attribution, and analytics for the Pendal boutique.You will be responsible for delivering daily, monthly, and ad hoc performance and attribution reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with key investment and oversight stakeholders.🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily and monthly Performance & Attribution analytics to Investment and Distribution teams
- Perform attribution vs. portfolio performance reconciliation and resolve data or analytics discrepancies
- Monitor and resolve issues with security-level analytics and attribution outcomes
- Build dashboards and enhance reporting formats to support data consumption and decision-making
✅ What You Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, or a related field
- Postgraduate or industry qualifications (CFA, CIPM, Master’s, etc.) highly regarded
- 1+ years’ experience in performance, attribution, analytics, or related investment operations roles
- Experience in Fixed Income or Multi-Asset Attribution will be highly regarded
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI, VBA, and/or FactSet/B-One experience are a plus
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team
