Job description: Senior P&C Business Partner – Own End-to-End P&C InitiativesAbout the roleUGL’s Utilities O&M business delivers critical services to the electrical utilities and infrastructure sector, supporting 153 employees across NSW, VIC and WA. The team specialises in maintaining and repairing live electrical lines to keep communities powered and connected.In this newly created role you’ll lead the people agenda and have a lasting impact on this set-to-expand business. You’ll report directly to the General Manager, Utilities O&M, and join the Senior Leadership Team to provide operational support and shape strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end P&C operations, championing employee engagement, leadership development, and inclusivity through meaningful initiatives such as the Gender Equity Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan. Whether building processes for long term growth or coaching leaders to create safe and empowering workplaces, your work will leave a legacy.The role is based out of our North Sydney head office with some travel to VIC and WA sites for on-the-ground engagement.Why this role?
