You will become part of People & Culture (P&C) in Northern and Central Europe (NCE). This team supports the largest region in Vestas, including Denmark with HR Business Partnering. The Senior P&C Business Partner will have a direct line to the Regional P&C Head in NCE.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior P&C Business Partner will be responsible for translating regional functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals
- Apply your knowledge of and experience with employment law to support in employee relations cases, including participating in negotiations
- In partnership with business leaders, develop and implement global workforce strategies based on market requirements
- Support and collaborate with the talent organisation to ensure a line of successors for critical positions – build bench strength
- Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams incl. managing the annual P&C cycle activities
- Coach Sr. leaders on their people and business leadership to enable them to develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model
- Develop capable, diverse teams living up to the Vestas Values
Qualifications
- The qualified candidate will be an experienced HR Business Partner profile with a sound experience in employment law especially in Denmark, ideally gained in a complex global matrix environment.
- Experience working with Senior leaders, with political savvy and very effective stakeholder management skills
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to engage and consult with leaders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management efforts to promote the adoption of new processes and build bridges across the Vestas value chain
- Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken, is essential
- A relevant business, law, or HR education at Master’s Level is required combined with an HR toolbox

- Have a solid grasp of employment law, business and strategy
- Take the lead on initiatives that enable the organisation/team to accomplish ambitious business goals
