An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join a well-established mining company based in the Perth CBD. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and a supportive team environment.Job Requirements

• Experience with Workday or Pronto payroll systems
• Proven track record in end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process high-volume, end-to-end payroll
• Interpret awards and enterprise agreements
• Maintain accurate employee records, including leave and entitlements
• Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Respond to and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner
• Contribute to payroll system improvements and efficiency initiatives
