THE OPPORTUNITYSalary: $74,742 to $80,407 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full-time, 1.0 EFT.
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.The Finance department at Holmesglen is currently in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support and deliver the Institute’s payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all staff.The successful applicant will play a vital role in the delivery of the payroll function.   • Proficiency in automated payroll systems, database management and resolving complex payroll inquiries.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, award interpretation, enterprise agreements and payroll-related policies.
  • Extensive experience managing payroll functions in a large complex organisation.
  • Expertise in Payroll/HR Information Management systems, particularly ADP Pay Force National and familiarity with TechOne (highly desirable).
  • Advanced numeracy and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and payroll database systems.
  • Effective time management, organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
  • A relevant formal qualification (E.g. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree), complemented by substantial relevant work experience.
