About Our ClientWe’re partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation that’s known for its positive work culture, collaborative team environment, and strong commitment to people. Due to growth and internal progression, they’re now seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join their payroll function and help lead the delivery of timely, accurate, and compliant payroll services across a large employee base.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, help lead process improvements, and be a key point of contact for payroll-related queries. You’ll be part of a large payroll operation, processing complex, high-volume pay runs on a regular basis.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process end-to-end payroll for a large, multi-site workforceInterpret awards, EBAs, and relevant legislationSupport junior payroll team members and share knowledge across the teamCollaborate with HR and Finance on reporting, audits, and system updatesIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll deliveryThe Successful ApplicantSolid experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally in a high-volume environmentStrong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and taxExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsConfident using payroll systems (e.g. Aurion, SAP, Chris21, or similar)A team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skillsWhat’s on OfferSupportive team culture – collaborative, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about what they doStability + Growth – enjoy long-term career development within a reputable organisationPeople-first approach – leadership that values your expertise and encourages fresh ideasWork/life balance – flexible working arrangements and a strong commitment to staff wellbeing

Expected salary: $105000 – 110000 per year
