Senior Payroll Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:Weekly payroll processing – Support DivisionGarnishment/Court Order processing * Other duties as assignedThis is an on-site position.Qualified candidates for the Senior Payroll Administrator position should possess the following:Advocate adherence to Payroll policiesAttention to detailPlanning and organization – an ability to plan and manage multiple projectsStrong customer orientationProblem analysis and problem resolutionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh performance teams and a strong team playerBachelor’s degree preferred with accounting, finance, or business field of studyStrong team building, interpersonal relationship skills, capability to deal confidently with senior/executive managementKnowledge of processing and understanding payroll policiesMust have strong technical skills and experience with multiple HRIS systems, database tools, UKG time collection systems and Microsoft ExcelNeed to be familiar with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations governing employee payroll requirementsAbility to multi-task and contribute to a team-oriented, supportive working environmentExcellent verbal and written communicationsHigh integrity, confidentiality, and discretionMinimal travel requiredApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
