As a Senior Operations Manager in Mortgage Operations, you will be working within the Mortgage Operations Servicing leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering improvements to the customer lifecycle. Following a Customer Centric Design model, you will support the effective delivery of the Mortgage Operations Servicing strategy, operational automation, reporting, and digitisation requests, as well as other non-automated process improvements within Mortgage Servicing.Furthermore, this role also has the unique responsibility of engaging with UNITE impacts and requests, where you will act as a conduit between the Bank wide project and Mortgage Servicing.Other key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities to enable greater innovation, efficiency and risk management for the business
• Support the business in driving and improving ways of reporting and maintaining meaningful data that the business can defer to
• Be the conduit for projects into Servicing
• Drive Servicing led strategic initiatives
• Be the point of contact for Servicing with DXC our technology partner
• Compare and adopt streamlined ways of working between brands for similar processes
• Manage reporting for the Servicing business by collating the data for the weekly SLA pack
• Create packs as required to showcase Mortgage Operations Servicing
• Interpreting and translating data stories and being able to use data tools such as Visio/Power BI/Excel etc
• Support other Mortgage operations teams in triaging, managing daily volumes, improving SOP’s, and supporting transformational projects

You must also have demonstrable experience with data extraction and analysis using Excel and PowerBi.Further key qualities to this role include:
