Job description: Our client is a leading insurance company. Due to their business expansion, they are looking for a Senior Underwriting Officer to join their team.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy and plan for general insurance business with intermediariesIdentity business opportunities, plan and propose value-added solutions to corporate clients directlyExecute appropriate and well-balanced underwriting with in-house underwriters based on their extensive knowledge of risk management, underwriting, terms & conditionsPrepare proposals and presentation materialsGeneral data insights and reports regularlyAssign projects and work smoothly with team membersRequirements :Degree holders with recognized insurance professional qualification such as ANZIIF / ACII is an advantageMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in General Insurance industry with a valid General Insurance License (pass in IIQE paper 1 & 2)Wide knowledge of commercial lines including P&C lines.
