Job description: The Senior Officer Retail Sales is responsible for achieving sales target, dealing with customers and carrying out necessary processes to complete a sale.Requirements

• Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales and meeting the assigned targets.
• Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
• Prepare quotations and process the sales orders.
• Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
• Remain updated on stock status.
• Maintain follow-up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
• Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleanliness of the floor.
• Track customer’s orders through the system as well as through coordination with concerned departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up to resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
• Follow up all the SOPs.
