Develop new products and broaden product portfolio for assigned food merchandising team according to company strategies and disseminate the knowledge to the teams
Negotiate with overseas/local suppliers in consumption of assigned categories’ products, which include trading terms, product costs in purpose to build a long-term strategic partnership
Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or above in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines
Solid QA and factory audit experience, exposure to food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred
Basic MS Office skills, excellent in excel
Good knowledge in Hong Kong regulations for food safety and product labeling
Basic shipment knowledge is preferable
Self-motivated, positive and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and organization skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
